Today 12th, November 2024, Assistant processor Dr Kochr Ali Mahmood ( head of the Department of the Medical Research Centre) participated as a speaker in the 1st International Symposium
on Infection Prevention and Control Entitled:
Safeguarding Our Community: Prioritizing Infection Prevention and Control which was held by Ministry of Health / Kurdistan Region/ Iraq in partnership with Cihan University-Erbil, and JOY university, India.
It is worth mentioning that the head of the department of the Medical Research Center entitled ( Antibiotic Resistance and Infection Prevention Control; Challenges in Kurdistan Region). At the same time, it was possible to discuss coordination for medical and health research with the Director General of Health in Erbil.
In addition, an exchange of views was held with teachers in India, and an agreement was reached to form a research group.
